Refund and Returns Policy

At Plantsville we ensure that the plants shipped are healthy and authentic. Plants will be shipped from our warehouse in 7 working days and it will take you 7-8 days to deliver to your address

We do not accept returns on our products. However we will refund/replace in case the customer receives a wrong or defective product. Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours after the product delivery. If 48 hours have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

For items to be eligible for refund/replacement, the customer has to send us the unboxing video on the delivery date. Any photos without unboxing video will not be accepted. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Plantsville is not responsible for refund or replacement when:

  • Plants, growbags, seeds or any other products purchased from us are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

No cancellations are allowed for products ordered.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.

Refund will be credited directly through the initial mode of payment from where the customer has paid. Once processed by Plantsville, refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
